On July 8, 2025, a working meeting took place between the Chairman of Palladium and the owner of a construction company from Algeria. The discussion focused on strategies for Megalit Invest LLC (a subsidiary of Palladium) to enter the North African market.

Old paradigms (capitalism vs. collectivism, nationalism vs. globalism) will finally fracture under the weight of interconnected crises and breakthroughs. Here are key vectors of turbulence where the new fabric of reality will be woven:
1. Collapse of Old Economies & Birth of Hyper-Hybrids:
- End of "-Isms": The illusion of pure markets or planned economies will vanish. Adaptive hybrids will dominate: public-private symbioses with elements of algorithmic resource management (technocracy), local ecosystems (proto-collectivism), and global digital platforms (Capitalism 3.0). The goal isn't ideology, but anti-fragility and efficient distribution of scarce resources (energy, water, rare earths).
- The "Palladium" Model as a Prototype: Its evolution from collectivization (2012) to hybrid models (2021) is a micro-example of this macro-shift. The focus will shift to distributional justice, measured not just by money, but by access to knowledge, technology, and environmental benefits.

The 107-page Russian Government Directive No. 908-r outlines an integrative phase transition from an "exporter" to a "technology leader"—a shift long awaited by a significant part of the population in Russia and the CIS.
